The Canadian-Ukrainian project "Bulletin of the Tavri Foundation (Center for the Study of the Ukrainian Diaspora)" was founded in 2005 on the initiative of Professor Emeritus of the University of Alberta (Edmonton, Canada) Yar Slavutych. It is carried out at the expense of the Canadian side during 2005-2021. The head of the project and the editor-in-chief of issues 1-17 of the publication is candidate of philological sciences, associate professor of Kherson State University I. Nemchenko.

The purpose of the project: research and popularization of the achievements of the Ukrainian diaspora in connection with mainland Ukraine and, in particular, the Black Sea region.

Kherson city charitable organization "Tavrii Foundation (Center for the Study of the Ukrainian Diaspora)".
Interdepartmental scientific laboratory "Ukrainian literature in the English-speaking world" at KSU (head of the laboratory I. Nemchenko), project executor (research preparation, arrangement, editing, publication and free distribution of the collection).
Book versions of all issues are available in the funds of the Scientific Library of the KhSU.
